Her story is a rollercoaster and the fact that she pushed past her circumstances and proceeded to get 2 degrees whilst raising a child is 🤯. She walks me through what your anxiety is telling you and the Anxiety Languages Framework she has developed. It is so powerful and I can already relate to my clients (and myself!) better.
